Rules and Regulation
Earning Structure: Earnings are based on two factors the number of downloads and the number of clicks on each uploaded art photo.
Monthly Withdrawals: Users can withdraw their earnings at the end of each month.
Single Account Policy: Only one account per user is allowed to maintain authenticity and prevent spam.
Raw Content Verification: In some cases, raw or original files may be requested to verify the authenticity of the art photo.
Sensitive Content Policy: Explicit, offensive, or sensitive content is prohibited. Violations will lead to immediate account suspension.
Content Quality Standards: All uploads must meet high-quality standards relevant to each category; poor quality or irrelevant content may be removed.
Category Requirements: Ensure that each work fits the guidelines for its respective category.
Inactivity Penalty: If a user does not upload content for 3 months, any "Founding Member" benefits may be lost.
Rule Violations and Suspension Policy: Accounts violating rules or uploading inappropriate content may face temporary suspension; a reinstatement fee apply.
Founding Members’ Offer: The 1,000 active users will receive lifetime access and premium benefits if they upload content regularly for at least 3 months
Trust and Integrity: Only original work should be uploaded. Plagiarism or copyright infringement can result in permanent account suspension.
Minimum Content Requirement: Users must upload a minimum of 8 unique paintings to maintain active status.
Originality in Submissions: Avoid submitting digital reproductions unless they are your own original work.
Quality Standards for Paintings: All paintings must be high-resolution and well-lit if scanned or photographed.
Community Events Participation: Users are encouraged to join monthly themed art challenges for potential bonus earnings.
Recognition System: Frequent uploads and high engagement can earn “Top Creator” status, unlocking special features and monetization boosts.
Content Ownership and Originality: All content must be original and created by the user. Plagiarism or theft is strictly prohibited.
Copyright Compliance: Respect others’ intellectual property rights; content violating copyright laws will be removed, with repeat offenders facing account restrictions.
